Indy’s biggest local dining event, Devour, is back for Summerfest starting on Monday, Aug. 19 through Sunday, Sept. 1 — with 100+ participating restaurants offering special three-course menus at a discounted price.

To help you plan your dinner dates, we’re sharing our editor’s picks + what we’re excited to try.

  • City Editor Nicole hasn’t been to Melting Pot and is intrigued by its unique dining experience, plus as someone with a little bit of a sweet tooth — the chocolate fondue is calling her name. She’s also never had a meal she didn’t love at Bluebeard, so she’ll take any reason to visit again.
  • City Editor Shea can’t quit Maialina — she’ll be crawling back for bruschetta ricotta with fig jam + hot honey and vodka pasta. She’s also been lured in by the sunny exterior of Oasis Diner and will trot over to Plainfield to give its tenderloin and homemade pie a try.
