InterContinental Indianapolis is the first luxury hotel to open downtown in two decades — and its doors are officially open + its first guests have already checked in.

It’s located in the historic Illinois Building, which was originally built in 1926 as a luxury office space.

The hotel features:

  • 170 guest rooms, including 17 suites
  • 1,545-sqft Penthouse suite overlooking Monument Circle
  • 5,000 sqft of event + meeting space
  • 24-hour fitness center
  • Serliana Restaurant
  • Astrea Rooftop Bar on the 11th story — the highest rooftop bar in Indy

Indianapolis-based Keystone Group completed this $110 million restoration project after more than six years of on-and-off construction.
