Marion County is asking you to share your experience to help shape health policies + initiatives in our community. They want to better understand your personal health experience by completing a short, confidential survey by Tuesday, Oct. 31.

Survey results will guide future health-related initiatives in Marion County, ensuring that they meet individuals and families where they are. This survey is being conducted by the Marion County Public Health Department as a part of the Office of Minority Health Advancing Health Literacy program. Take the survey.
