What is HYROX?

HYROX combines endurance and functional fitness into one race: eight workout stations, each separated by a 1K run.

The best part? All movements are simple and low-skill (think: rowing, skiing, and bodyweight exercises), making the race accessible to everyone. Plus, you’ll have spectators cheering you on from start to finish in high-energy exhibition halls.

Training for success

Your fitness journey is personal at Myriad.

With over 50 years of combined coaching experience — including multiple Level 3 CrossFit Coaches and a National-Level Weightlifting Coach — you’ll get individualized attention and expert programming to reach your goals.

Choose your path:

  • Weekly HYROX classes | Held every Thursday to help build and maintain fitness
  • Six-Week Training Series | Starts Monday, Sept. 15, with morning (5-6 a.m.) and evening (6:30-7:30 p.m.) sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Simulation Races | Experience the race-day intensity on Saturday, Oct. 25 (doubles) and Sunday, Oct. 26 (singles)
